I have to admit that the news that City of Heroes would be shut down in the coming months it me harder than I expected.  Even though  I had let me subscription lapse and had played very little in the past year.  I'm saddened to see one of my favourite MMOs close down.

I picked up Guildwars for my birthday a couple weeks ago. A present to myself. I'm really enjoying it. I've barely even touched on the multiplayer aspects of the game other than one night getting setup in Adam and Ryan's Guild "Gadianton Robbers" (so I could get my cape!)
